Renewals and recertification

Benefits don't continue forever. You must renew, and missing a deadline can end your coverage even if you still qualify.

   Note your renewal date. Medicaid is usually renewed every 12 months.

   Watch your mail and MI Bridges messages for a renewal notice.

3. 03

   Log in to MI Bridges and open your renewal.

4. 04

   Update changes in income, address, household or insurance.

5. 05

   Upload the proofs the notice asks for.

6. 06

   Sign and submit before the due date.

7. 07

   Keep your confirmation and check for a follow-up letter.
